CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking and Deposit Policy: - A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service payment. - Deposits must be received within 48 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. Otherwise, the appointment will be released to other clients. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit can then be applied to your next appointment. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook Late Arrivals: - A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Please text me if you anticipate being late. - Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled, which could lead to a forfeited deposit, or the service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. Refunds and Adjustments: - All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. - If you are unsatisfied with your hair, please contact me within one week for an adjustment. Requests made after 7 days will be treated as a new appointment.
