CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied to your final payment. • Deposits must be received within 48 hours to confirm your booking. After that, the appointment may be released to others. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 48 hours’ notice so your deposit can be applied to a new appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. A 15 minute grace period is given. Please text if you’re running late. Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or adjusting the service to fit the remaining time, with a forfeited deposit. • All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. • If you’re not satisfied with your hair, please reach out within a week for an adjustment. After 7 days, it will be treated as a new appointment.
