CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your final total at checkout. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your time to another guest. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, as that time was reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, the new appointment must be booked within 30 days of your original date. After 30 days, a new deposit will be required to reserve your spot. Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your full service. A 15 minute grace period is provided - just send a quick text if you’re running late. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling or a modified service, and the deposit may be forfeited. 💳 Payments & Adjustments • All payments are non-refundable. • If you’re not satisfied with your hair, please contact me within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. After 7 days, any changes will be treated as a new appointment. 🎨 Color Transparency All color services are fully customized. Final pricing may vary based on time and product used. Product costs are measured separately with SalonScale for full transparency. Consultations are encouraged before booking major color changes. 📅 Rescheduling Online rescheduling is disabled to help keep my schedule organized and ensure every guest receives dedicated time.
