CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Booking Policy To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final total. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed within 48 hours, or missed without notice, will result in a forfeited deposit, as that time has been reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, your new appointment must be booked within 30 days of your original date. After that, a new deposit will be required. Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your full service. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this may require rescheduling or adjusting your service, and your deposit may be forfeited. ⸻ Payments & Adjustments All payments are non-refundable. If you have any concerns with your hair, please reach out within 7 days so I can make any necessary adjustments. After 7 days, all services will be considered final. ⸻ Color Transparency All color services are fully customized. Final pricing may vary based on time and product used. Product usage is measured separately using SalonScale for full transparency. ⸻ Rescheduling Online rescheduling is disabled to maintain a smooth and organized schedule.
