CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 40% is required. This amount will be applied to your final service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to another guest. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, as that time was reserved specifically for you and may not be able to be rebooked on short notice. If you reschedule, it must be within 30 days of the original appointment. After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is given—if you’re running late, send a quick text. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling or modifying your service to fit the remaining time, and the deposit will be forfeited. • All payments are non-refundable. • If you’re not satisfied with your hair, please reach out within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. After 7 days, any changes will be treated as a new appointment.
